The Winter of My Discontent
Well here it is. I don't have any 'before' pictures immediately available, and these shots aren't so great, but trust me the transformation was pretty elaborate. There are still many things not done, and I could use some help on finishing touches, etc. Any suggestions are welcome. Please comment, question, complain, etc. at will.

Joe , I think you may want to change your web site given the fact that your comments could not only affect you and your fellow buyers as far as resale ! Have you thought of that one!
I dont think I need to worr about resale right now since I cannot sell an unfinished unit. I'd have a hard time convincing someone that there might be a patio out there someday, although I fell for it.
